چکیده

This paper presents the design of a Current-toVoltage (I−V) and Voltage-to-Current (V−I) converters for use in current-mode analog integrated circuits are described. The proposed I−V converter and V-I Converter has high linear range. The circuit uses MOS transistors in linear and saturation regions to produce an output current linearly related to the input voltage. Both circuits have been implemented in a 0.35μm standard digital CMOS process. Keywords—Current mode circuits, Current-to-Voltage converter, Voltage-to-current Converter

Design of a Digital Voltage Controller in Single-Phase Grid-Connected Renewable Converters

Power decoupling of pulsating grid side power from constant source side power is one of the paramount issues in single phase-phase grid-connected renewable systems. The principal aim of such systems is the decrease of the capacitance of the decoupled capacitor. However, this causes some problems such as an increase in the total harmonic distortion (THD) of injected current to the grid and bus v...

A High Efficiency Low-Voltage Soft Switching DC–DC Converter for Portable Applications

This paper presents a novel control method to improve the efficiency of low-voltage DC-DC converters at light loads. Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) converters have poor efficiencies at light loads, while pulse frequency modulation (PFM) control is more efficient for the same cases. Switching losses constitute a major portion of the total power loss at light loads. To decrease the switching losses...

Analysis and Simulation of ZVS Methods in Full Bridge Converters and Realization of a 3 KW Prototype

One of the difficulties with PWM switching converters is high switching loss and electromagnetic interference due to switching at non-zero voltage and current, which limits the operating frequency. In order to reduce the converter volume and weight (by increasing the frequency) and reducing switching losses, zero voltage and current switching methods are recommended. In this paper, four main ze...
